Do I have to charge customers to book?
No. You set the rules.
You can set it to "Free Booking" for small tables to reduce friction. You can also trigger a "Deposit Required" rule only for large groups (e.g. 10+ pax) to prevent no-shows. We configure this logic for you.
If I do charge, where does the money go?
Directly to your bank account. If you choose to enable payments, we integrate Billplz or any FPX payment gateway. The money never touches our hands.
Can I change the price of Nasi Lemak later?
Yes. Just WhatsApp us the new price/menu item, and we update it within 24 hours. This service is included in your monthly subscription (up to 4 times a year).
Is there a contract?
No. The Partner Plan is month-to-month. If you sell your cafe or want to stop using Stegg, you can cancel anytime. You own all your customer data.
